Scaling impact is a peer-learning process rather than a competition

scaling4good is a growing community of people interested to exchange views, experiences, lessons learned on how to speed and scale up transitions required to keep our ecosystems and environment within the planetary boundaries in a “safe operating space” for humanity. Understanding thus the scaling of impact as a peer-learning process rather than a competition is at the core of our community.

At scaling4good we work at an eye-level and live the principles of collaborative leadership and self-organisation. Every member makes their own choice as to what degree they wish to contribute through project initiation, supporting the incubation, or co-developing expertise with a group of reflective practitioners.

The transitions we want to explore will and need to affect our societies in their political, economic, financial foundations as well our individual behaviours and lifestyles. They must translate the remarkable 2015 successes of the COP21 in Paris and of the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by the United Nations into globally taking action to tackle the changes that threaten humanity.

We provide many possibilities for contributing and getting involved in scaling4good. You can join us on this journey by participating in discussions on our LinkedIn group and signing up for our newsletter, applying to become a member, a volunteer, content contributor, or supporting us as a benefactor. We look forwards to stay in touch!
