Co-creative case clinics broaden the perspective of your project
Do you want to grow the impact of your project, but don’t know how? Do you feel like you are turning in circles with your approach and don’t know what to change? Do you have the impression that your project could become more impactful?
For these situations, we developed the scaling case clinic. It is a format in which a case giver – having an idea or a project – presents its case in a group of 3-4 scaling experts and practitioners. The empathic listening and open discussion following the presentation of the case allows the case giver to gain new perspectives about their own challenges. In a second phase, a methodological input is provided by scaling4good, and new approaches to respond to the challenge are developed in a co-creative flow.
This approach was inspired by the Case Clinic method from the Presencing Institute.

scaling4good offers to motivated members with an entrepreneurial spirit in-kind support. Our community contributes to sharpen ideas and bring them into projects with a business/funding model, helps to find a team, fundraising, and provides an “institutional home”. As projects get implemented we provide a platform to gain visibility and learn from and with each other.
